Trisha is getting ready for her role in the remake of the Tamil blockbuster Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa in Hindi. Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, VTV enchanted the audience with its music and the sizzling hot on-chemistry between Trisha and Silambarasan. In fact, the pair is being touted as one of the best on-screen couple in Kollywood. Though Trisha had earlier performed a variety of roles, her oh-so-lovely character as Jesse in VTV was her best effort till date and earned applause from fans and critics as well.
With her latest movie Khatta Meetha with Akshay Kumar having a decent opening, all eyes in Bollywood are on this pretty damsel. To be paired opposite Prateek Babbar, son of veteran actor Raj Babbar, we all wonder if Gautham will be able to create the same magic on screen as he did in VTV. Prateek Babbar has already won the Filmfare Special Jury Award for ‘Outstanding Performance’ for his role in Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane Na in 2009. So we will wait and see how the chemistry of this pair sizzles on the silver screen.

McGrath engaged to Sara

Aussie cricketing great Glenn McGrath is engaged to his Italian girlfriend Sara Leonardi, 28.
The two got engaged after just seven months of dating. The 40-year-old cricketer presented Leonardi with a beautiful diamond engagement ring last week.
“I can confirm that they’re engaged, but that’s about as much information as I can give you,” News.com.au quoted McGrath’s manager Warren Craig as telling the Herald Sun.
“They got engaged about a week ago. Glenn and Sara haven’t spoken to any (magazines); there’s been no story told or anything like that and they’re not planning on speaking to anybody about the engagement,” Craig added.

Right from my Miss India days, I have been trained to keep myself fit and healthy. I am blessed with an athletic body and I’ve always been into sports and exercising. Working out is a must for me. If I am shooting outdoors, I work out in the hotel gym or if that’s not possible, I run.
My gym regimen involves cardio and weight training. I am a huge fan of yoga and the only time I find to meditate is in my car during traffic jams.
To strike the right balance, in addition to doing the right kind of exercises, I stick to a healthy diet. My food intake is in smaller portions, divided over five to six meals over the day. Food is usually home cooked and it’s not too oily, spicy or sweet.
My fitness mantra is simple; it’s the right combination of healthy food, regular workouts and adequate rest.
